 Western Carolina Ink Savannah High's Sinclair To College Scholarship

 James Sinclair, a 6-2, 175-lbs., guard who is entering his fourth-year as a varsity player for head coach Tim Jordan at Savannah HS. Since his sophomore season, the versatile guard has been among the starting five, averaging 10 points, four boards, three steals and nearly three assists per game for a squad which won the region championship. A year ago, he increased his point production to 16 points per game with eight rebounds, six steals and six assists as a junior, earning All North/South Georgia accolades.  Sinclair played AAU basketball with the Seaport Shockers out of Savannah under Coach Patrick Walker, Coach Carl Johnson and Coach Rochelle Hines. "James, play speaks for itself but it is his character, passion and love for basketball that is deeply admired. He is great team player and we are all happy and excited for James Sinclair and his family, opportunity knocked, he answered and a blessing came forth." James has played with the Seaport Shockers since 2008.

Savannah High Senior and Seaport Shockers AAU Sensation James Sinclair signed a basketball scholarship to continue his hoops' career at Western Carolina next year.  Sinclair averaged 15 points per game for the Blue Jackets last season and 20 points per game for the Seaport Shockers.

The entire Seaport Shockers organization and coaches honor Anthony Lanier, who signed a letter of intent to play for Alabama A & M & Former Shocker Alonzo McKinney who signed a letter of intent to play at Alabama State. Congratulations to the parents, families, friends and their local high schools that have supported and added to the success of these young men. Congratulations Anthony and Alonzo!
